Sorry, Just a rant about my OCD with regards to food. I have had food on the brain ALL afternoon and I feel like I'm getting ready to cave. I've done everything possible to feed the BEAST until I can get to my dinner.....but I don't have anything "healthy" available to me right now. I usually bring fruit. So, I guess I will just sit tight here and CUSS.

    Deep breaths! You can get through this!! Go for a walk; drink some water. Ask yourself if you are hungry or just bored or stressed. If you aren't hungry, don't have anything. You are stronger than your mind. But if you really need a snack (I get those temptations from time to time), go and get something small, bite sized if you can. Track it and move on. Next time be more prepared
