Easy to make and healthy?

Since it's summer and I don't take summer classes, I'm normally stuck at home unless I'm at my part-time job. Now, I seem to have a problem with always eating high-calorie and high-fat meals. It's starting to bother me so I was wondering if there's any suggestions you guys might have on what I can make that's easy, because I can't cook worth crap. Thanks!
