What do you like to watch when working out?
For some odd reason I love to watching cooking shows! I have no idea why! It doesn't matter who the show is hosted by, or even by what they are cooking; it just intrigues me. My workouts (cardio especially) when I am watching those go by so fast!

I like to watch sports, which is good because that's usually what's on in the gym!0

At the gym I use my iPod. I need to get into my head and push myself. The shows on tv just don't do it for me. I end up counting every second of pain. The cooking channel I completely don't understand itsn't it counter productive? To leave the gym wanting a cup cake? Maybe it's a tactic to stay in business.0
