Hi everyone!

After using MFP for a little while to track calories etc. I thought I would get involved a bit more in the forums.

My name is Sam. I am 23. Living in the UK.

I'm a total newbie (and I am sure I will show it) but my general goal is to build muscle. With the help of some people here I've started on my first Bulk/Cut cycle (Just starting bulking now) so I am very interested to see how it will all go.

I am looking for people who are in the process/have done this type of program, or generally anyone else who is interested in building muscle/weight lifting for any support, advice or just to be there for the journey =).
