Hi everyone,
I have just spent about ten minutes or so going over my settings on MFP.
I weighed myself just now and changed my start weight to match, as I have had a jittery few weeks and have been in denial about the whole thing!
I have also changed my goals, instead of going from 142lbs to 126lbs (after reading everybody's great comments and feedback on here, I have realised that to have such a large goal is completely ridiculous for the type of person I am- everybody is different after all)
My goal is now a manageable 6lbs, from 144.8 to 138.8lbs- I think this will help me be way more successful and help me hit my weight loss goals. What do you guys think?
I still have a 1200 calorie daily goal, I have been struggling slightly with this, but not massively so I decided to keep it the same and with my new found focus that I have gained from looking on this site and reading all your comments, I'm sure I can do it...I have before and I will again!
