How to get a four pack?

My belly is the hardest part to work on. I was wandering what one needs to do in order to get a four pack? I think four pack suits women more, and it also looks nicer. Any suggestions?

    Cardio and clean eating, then more cardio.

    4 pack, 6 pack, washboard...etc. all the same. How do you do it? You work REEEEEAAAAALLLYYYY hard for a long time on losing body fat, you get down to (for women) about 15% to 17% body fat (any lower than 13% and you're bordering dangerous), and then you switch up your routine to a really small positive calorie balance favoring higher protein (maybe 25%) lower carbs (maybe 40 to 45%) and 4 to 5 days of 10 to 15 minutes a day of core routines (gotta do lots of different core exercises though, just crunches won't cut it).

    And then.......

    You hope you have the right genetics to have those muscles be visible. You'll see something, it may not be really pronounced, but for some it can be.
