So confused with workout calories.....

I'm sure this topic has been posted multiple times (and I"ve actually gone back and read some posts), but I'm still confused. Should I be eating back all of my workout calories? According to my goals in the MFP settings, I have 1200 calories to eat a day, and I typically workout approx. 1 hour, 6 times a week (either doing Zumba, Running or Nike AP). I'm a long time Weight Watchers member, and I'm a little confused.
