9 weeks postpartum... time to get serious!

I totally over indulged this go round. Pre-pregnancy I was on MFP and worked HARD to get from 190 to 145... weight kept creeping up, at 155 I found out I was 2 months pregnant! Surprised to say the VERY least!! So, as I had worked so hard to get the weight off, and deprived myself of EVERYTHING that had any sugar/taste to it for sooo long, I kinda went crazy knowing I didn't need to 'limit' myself. Don't get me wrong, with my last baby I gained as much too, it probably is just how I handle pregnancy.

Anyhow, horrible c-section later I have used the last of my excuses not to do anything about it any longer. I have been given the clear and NEED to get back on track! So far, I have lost almost 10lbs!! yeah, me!! But I could use all the motivation I can get :O) I am very 'all or nothing' and trying to change that. What I am doing differently this time is not saying I CANT have anything, instead learning to make healthier choices and live in MODERATION! I have learned when I ban myself from things I become a closet eater... not good. Trying to change that!

Anyone want to be friends? I am trying to get back to 145, slowly but surely :O) if you would like to follow along the journey, I'd love to have ya!
