Stuck!

Hi there! I have only been on a short while and have only been using my fitness pal for a few weeks but I have been staying at or below my calorie goal and have been getting exercise probably 5 days a week (mostly hiking) but during the last six days I have made no progress - actually gained a pound. I am 5 feet 9 inches and Weigh 190. I have gone slightly over on sugar (about 10 grams/day) but I wouldn't think that would make that much difference. Am I being to impatient? Any ideas ?

    I'm in the same boat. I lost 5 pounds in the first 10 days and have now put 2 back on. After reading a lot online, I've concluded I'm getting too little protein while overdoing it on the fat and carbs. I'm typically over my count in the carbs and/or fat area and severely under in protein. All this while typically staying under my calorie count. For the next week, I'm going to really focus on this and see if increasing protein while decreasing carbs and fat is the solution.
