Bloat since started exercising regularly?

I know it's from the exercise because this happened when I was more athletic in high school during sport seasons...I always bloat the day after a good workout? I feel like I'm drinking enough water, I don't know how to get it down. It's mostly my stomache and my face. REALLY bad in my face...it's so embarrassing to the point I don't want to leave the house. Any advice?
