okay. here goes (i'm not good at explaining stuff sometimes)...

you see a pic online somewhere and you want to post it here. hover your mouse over the image you like and right-click.

If you use Firefox choose...
"Copy Image Location"

---

If you use IE (Internet Explorer) choose "Properties"
A information box will pop up. Look for the line that says "Address"
Hover your mouse over the address and TRIPLE Left-click, so the entire address is highlighted
With the address completely highlighted, Right-click and choose "Copy"

Now, for both Firefox and IE...

Come back here and type in [ img ] http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/14/14_6_16.gif [ /img ]

There are six spaces in that code...delete all the spaces. You should be okay now. I hope that helped. Give it a try.
