Confused ??

I am attending TOPS meetings and they have said to eat 1200 calories or less. I started myfitnesspal and it tells me I can have 1580. I am confused on which to go with. Do I need to stay at 1200 or between the two? Any advice would be great! Thanks.:smile:

    1200 may be okay if you sit on the couch all day. But the second you exercise, it is too low of an amount. 1580 is pretty normal.
