Friends/ how to add?

Im new on here...How do I find or see a profile of my family member or friends. Also, How do I add someone as a friend so I can follow their progress! Thanks!

    To add someone as a friend you just click on their name. It will take you to their profile and then you have the option of adding them as a friend.

    I am not sure how or even if you can find someone on here.

    If you know the screen name they signed up under you can type that in after the .com/ in the web address window and it should take you to their profile. You can add them as a friend from there. That's how I've done it.

    example
    www.myfitnesspal.com/your friends name
