Green Goddess Smoothie
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup cucumber chunks
1/2 avocado (peeled and pitted)
1 large kiwi (peeled and chopped)
1/2 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup fresh orange or tangerine juice
1/4 cup mint leaves
NUTRITION: MAKES 2 SERVINGS
188 CALS , 5 GRAMS PROTEIN, 29 GRAMS CARBS, 6 GRAMS FIBER, 7.5 GRAMS FAT 57 MG SODIUM

The calories looked low to me so I made it in the recipe builder and it came out to just under 400 calories. Oh wait, it does say 2 servings at the bottom! So yeah, looks pretty reasonable!0
