    my favorite recipe:

cut sweet potatos into 1 inch wide strips, about 1/2 cm wide

lay them flat on a baking sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil

sprinkle a mix of coarse sea salt, rosemary, thyme, and oregano

bake at 425 for about 35 minutes, watch for golden brown edges.

    These are DELICIOUS!!

Well, first... I go to Wal-Mart, then I make my way through the sea of people to the frozen section and pick up a bag of frozen julienne sweet potato fries. Then I drive home, pull out a baking sheet, put one big piece of aluminum foil on it, make a little wall with the foil in the middle, spray a little Pam on the foil, put as many fries on each side as I want to eat at the time, sprinkle half with Splenda Brown Sugar Mix and the other half with Mrs. Dash Table Blend, pop them in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 and voila! Sweet potato fries!!!! :glasses:

I've tried to make them with regular old sweet potatoes, but have a hard time cutting them. The sweet potato fry bags are around $2.50, simple and keep in the freezer forever! They're addicting, though, so be sure to only make a few! Pay attention to the serving size.

Andddddddd... it probably sounds weird to put Mrs. Dash on them since sweet potatoes are, well, sweet. But, they taste just like regular seasoned fries with a hint of sweetness which makes them divine! Try it!

Slice the sweet potatos or whats even easier is buy them presliced (I like to get them at Trader Joes) either way about 3-4 potatoes 1/2 strips

    Preaheat oven to 425
    Spray baking pan with pam
Toss potatoes with 1 tsp of extra virgin olive more if desired but it gets more fattening
Add crushed garlic (if you want of course)
place in a single layer on baking pan/dish

bake about 40mins. turning once or until browned

*** to make them more exciting you can get potato medly which is purple, red and yellow potatos and put them into the mix.

I just slice them and put them on a baking sheet with a spray of cooking spray (olive oil) and some sea salt. They are full of moisture which is why they don't get crispy. I have had crispy ones before but they were deep fried.
