Exercise when sick...?

Hey guys, so I have a cold, like most Aussies have gotten this winter.
I was just wondering would it be better to rest or still go ahead with my 75 minutes of Cardio training (Tae Bo)
I want to get over this cold as quickly as possible! :)

    Depends - if it's head congestion and you think you can handle the workout, I would go for it. If it's chest congestion and/or any fever, I usually skip a workout and rest. Or if I just feel like complete doo-dah, I rest.
