    It is 36+ celsius here in Toronto, but with the humidity it is around 44 degrees....

    .....which is between 98.8 and 111 Fahrenheit! It is a hot week!

    Been getting lows of around freezing lately in rural Brisbaneshire (not a real place, said for attempted comic effect).

    I tell people we get down to minus 6 centigrade some winters and they are 'But you live in a sub-tropical climate' ... Yeh, but I still scrape ice off the windscreen some mornings ...

    The days are generally spectacularly nice in winter though :)

    Tonight will probably be down near 5 degrees C with a top of about 20 tomorrow. Better than the humidity and mossies of summer ....

    Any of you Americans fancy sending some of your hot weather to the UK? We've just had the wettest & dullest 3 months on record.:grumble: :

    And town flooded so most of the shops are out of action and a lot of people here lost everything.

    2012 is going to be the year we had no summer.
    We had no summer down here in NZ either. It's 10 deg C here in Auckland right now, should drop to around 7 overnight. High maybe 16? At least it was sunny today...
