    I have not had a TV in the house since I began my journey to health and fitness.
    The average American watches over 4 hours of TV per day.
    And these same slugs claim NOT to have time to exercise:laugh:
    I do not miss TV.
    I am free to do so much more with that extra time.

    Nothing. I'd personally quite happily do without TV at all. Its only because I've got a partner who likes to watch it that I've got one. I watch movies that I buy and the odd TV series that I get told is great such as Rome or Band of Brothers. But all in all I'd rather read or do something else.
