What's up! My name is Alicia. I'm *cough cough* "18" (which means I'm actually 17 but I have to be 18 to be on this!) I've been going to the gym for about 4-5 months now. It was a solid 5 times a week thing but lately it's fallen back into maybe 3 times a week. Some weeks are worse than others. I use to do cardio before AND after workouts. now i just do one or the other. I always lift weights. Everything from squats to benching... everything. Abs are the muscle group least worked out for me, arms are the things most worked out (which is funny because my biggest problem is with my legs.) It seems like I can either work out a lot and not diet well or vise versa. I have trouble doing both at the same time! I have only lost like 3 pounds in all those months! Yes I feel better, I feel stronger and more fit but I don't know why i'm not losing weight. Having you "friends" haha and this little organized online approach will hopefully help! so..hi!
