Hi all, I have successfully lost 10.5 lbs thus far. I've changed my eating habits to no carbs. I've hit a plateau and gained .4 oz. Was not happy but I have dropped 2 pant sizes so I know I'm doing something right. I could useas much support as possible. I have some very good friends but it's always good to just have others to be accountable to. The more accountability the better. I hope to make friends and hope we can support one another in our weight loss/fitness journey.

I would highly recommend getting carbs (good carbs from fruit and vegetables) back in your life. Carbohydrates create glucose in your body, and while protein and limited fats can do this as well, the carbs are much better at it. glucose is needed to stimulate brain cells among other things and they will also help (as long as they are good ones!) you in energy creation and fat loss! But by all means stay away from grains and starches! Best of luck on your journey!0
