Hello,

Reading success stories here has helped me be strong during the journey! So thank you to everyone.

I looked hard in the mirror but can't see any difference. But the scale is going down a clothing sizes too. I look hard and found a before pic and took one today. I lost most of the weight in my tummy probably! But it is still victory to enjoy! 10 more and I will be very happy
