MFP tells me to stick with 68g. I find it impossible. I planned my menu and the closest I got to 68 was 73! I've been going up to about 109 because I haven't paid attention.
I don't work out. I don't do strength training. Not yet, anyway.
Do you stick with your MFP protein count?

I have heard the MFP protein is quite low, so its ok to be going over. You could try to customize your macros to give yourself a higher protein % per day, a lot of people end up doing that.0

Oh! What's that?0 -
If you go to goals you can customize your intake.
Goals > Change goals > Custom > then you can set your desired % for carbs, protein and fat.0 -
I agree with cocos_mum, adjust your macros. It's ok to go over on protein.0
