Hello,
Anyone on Optifast 900 in Canada?
I've been on it since march 2012, and 69lbs down, but been trying to loose weight since last august.
I can't seem to stick to the shakes.
Any tips?
I think biking and the gym burn off the shake calories then I'm wanting more!
Any advice?
