NSV - commitment

Been a bit tired this week as I did a 2 day self defence course, bruised chest, sprained toe, but I've still managed 5 miles jogging a day and upped the speed from 5 to 5.5 mph (5.6 today).

Keep up the great work, it may not get easier everyday (cause you will always make it hard so you are working out well), but you will get better every day!!!! Commitment to yourself is hugely important - well done.0
