How do you motivate yourself to lose weight or work out?

I usually go on my iPhone and Google pictures of models with nice toned bodies. And then when I work out I glance at it once in a while.
Yes, it sounds creepy and stupid as hell but at least it works for me haha.

The people at the gym. As creepy as it sounds I want people to stare at me the way I stare at them. I want to walk by and have tongues wagging. :laugh:0

Sometimes all it takes is just grabbing a handful of the belly fat and shaking it hard, thinking to myself "life would be better without this stuff" and I can go work out.
Other times I have to be sore, hurting and aching from general wear and tear, and I think to myself "working out will make me feel more limber".
Sometimes it come easy, sometimes it is a real struggle.0 -

This is exactly what I used to do!
It sounds mean and awful to do to myself, but it worked.
I would glance at the reflection in my iPhone and see a double chin- MOTIVATION right there!
I would focus on my fat jiggling when I ran and it made me push harder.
I also started doing some exercises in my sports bra and look down at my abs. It was motivation to push harder to get that fat OFF OF ME!0 -
In the bedroom where i have my Elliptical and other exercise machines, i have an 8x10 picture of me on the wall when i was slimmer. I lost 95lb. before and gained it all back, i want to be that slim again. When i am on the Elliptical, i am starring at that picture.0

I see results and want to see more and more! My initial goal was just to get healthy ... now it's to compete in a body building show in 40 weeks! Keep reaching for the stars!0

I want to develop a better self image. When i get on the scale and have even lost 1 pound, it makes me feel like I accomplished something.0

I usually use this to get myself to eat more since I have a problem with under eating.

I use a combination of all these things really, some days one thing works and not something else. I have a picture of me in my wedding dress next to my treadmill and I've chanted in my head "I'm coming after you" as I run because I am going after that body and making it even better.
Some times the scale helps, some times a loss makes me feel great and energizes me to do more and some times a gain makes me want to try harder.
I also like success stories, not just any tone body for me works, but some one I know has worked for that body, makes me feel like "if they can do it, so can I!"
I've also used an outfit I loved that didn't fit and hung it in front of my treadmill, makes me feel like I'm running towards something.0
