Orlistat worked for me because I was too scared to eat anything after I had to replace my mattress. (and I am very grateful I didnt have to replace my husband too!)
BUT - I put it all back on and more because it wasnt a lifestyle change. MFP is working so much better for me because it is teaching me about portion control and balancing exercise and food.0 -
I lost and gained back twice on pills. I think Its because you eat nothing on them and after you lose it you go back to eating again and gain it back. i recently watched a nutrition documentary on this new drug and it is meant to help you jump start your diet, but it was recommended to start a healthy eating plan and excersise. in fact it said if you don't excersise, it doesn't work. then you are supposed to "wean" yourself off of them and continue to eat with your new plan and excersise as a life long commitment. they are not supposed to be used long term.
