I have the vanilla cream and it tastes like any other low carb vanilla shake (if you make it that way). It blends well as long as you use a shaker bottle or blender. It's nice to add to other things to increase protein. My favorite is my high protein chocolate milk - milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, fructose (or sweetener) and a little peanut butter. Mmmmm :)

Natural stuff? If you're really set on keeping to natural products, it is probably not bad. But IMO, it isn't very cost effective. I also would recommend focusing on nutritional intake long before supplementing with protein powders. That being said, protein powders can be a nice addition to the day. It depends a lot on your goals/problems. I wouldn't buy that stuff though, as it is insanely expensive because of it being natural. Also stores are usually even higher on cost too. If you want natural and have the money to not even think about that, then I'd say try it and see if it fits your needs. Otherwise I'd recommend checking out other resources from some reputable companies. I use Optimum Nutrition, heard good stuff about Gaspari as well. Optimum Nutrition Extreme Milk Chocolate whey tastes like freaking chocolate milk and is awesome, in love with the convenience of that.
