Hello all, I'm Leslie, 37, from Pennsylvania. I'm on a mission to lose 60 lbs and could use friends as motivation and support. I do so much better when I can relate to others or have someone that will give me that push to make it through a rough day.

Hi Leslie, I am Lois from across the border in NY. A friend's dd told me about this--hoping to lose 34 pounds. I started this yesterday and was rather discouraged in that I was under with my calorie intake, yet gained a half pound! How can that be!?0

Hello! I am from Pa as well!! South Central that is. I became a member in April but didn't start my dieting and exercising until 3 weeks ago. I lost 7 lbs so far just from eating better and working out more than I usually would! I am going to add you!

How are you liking insanity? I did it for about a month but stopped. I wasn't really on point with my nutrition which is most of the battle. But the workouts were pretty intense. Pure Cardio is a beast of a workout!0 -
I lived in York about 5 years ago and had to laugh when I saw that somebody from Emigsville won the cash 5 cause that's the little itty bitty town I used to live in lol0

Yup..my dad worked at Penn State in the ag department for 37 years. Most of my immediate family is still in Centre County. My younger sister is an administrative assistant at Penn State now. See we learn something new about our friends here all the time! : )0 -
