I have lost 25 pounds !!

:drinker: I am so excited!! I just realized that I have lost 25 pounds!! It has taken longer than I would have liked, but I feel so good about it! I workout at the gym on average about 6 days a week. I usually try to work out for about an hour and twenty minutes. I use the bike, elliptical, cross trainer and the treadmill. I have also started taking step aerobics about one to two times a week. I am also trying to get use to lifting weights. It is hard to make myself go to the gym, but I love the results. I hope that I can keep this up. I would like to be at a good size by next summer. I look forward to the day that I can say I have lost another 25 pounds!!!

Thanks everyone for your support!! Sheri keep up your hard work it will pay off!! Sanifrey I know what you mean about step arobics. I use to go three times a week when I was younger. I loved it. It has taken me a while to get up the nerve to try it again, but it is just like riding a bike lol0
