my first weekend with plan but no computer either...HELP

This will be my first weekend with MFP. I do not want the weekend to derail my success (probably water weight loss for the most part) but I also do not want to deprive myself either. I have already set in my mind we will eat out once. I have no idea where. But the downfall is I dont have access to MFP for the entire weekend. Do I write everything down and see how I did monday? Duct tape and wishes? lol Any suggestions on a game plan? Thanks for any advice!!!
