I have been doing Jillian's BFBM and her NMTZ, and I have the Six Pack one. I have a friend that has the Ripped in 30 so I have tried that one as well. I want to do Insanity, but it is way out of my budget, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a home DVD workout that would possibly come in comparison to the Insanity work. Something that is gonna burn some fat. I have been watching my calories and working on healthier eating habits and am getting better at it and doing Jillian's DVD's and nothing is happening (pounds lost) yes I can tell that I am toning some, but I want to see some pounds come off. So I am looking for a good high intensity workout for at home. I do walk some and jog some. but I have kids at home and its just harder for me to get out and is just much easier to workout at home. I weigh 150 now, I have lost 6 pounds since first starting in april. My goal is to be at 130-125.
any insight? Please

There is a 20 minute Insanity DVD sold seperately from the rest of the series called Insanity: Fast & Furious. Look into that one. However, Even better would be for you to use the resources on the internet to put together your own, or do something off of bodyrock.tv. Their workouts beat Jillian's by a mile.

Zumba DVDs really burned the fat off for me.
