This recipe tastes AMAZING; plus it’s completely guilt free! For all of you who are lactose intolerant or have that late night craving and want something sweet…but healthy – I’m glad I can introduce you to this recipe. This Banana Ice Cream recipe is:
100% Vegan
Dairy Free
Soy Free
Lactose Free
Cholesterol Free
and also Free of Peanuts, Casein, Gluten, Eggs, Saturated Fat, and MSG
Ingredients:
3 bananas
3 oz coconut water
6 oz almond milk
6 ice cubes
How to Make:
Peel the 3 bananas and place in a plastic container. Freeze for about 8 hours.
Blend the bananas with the rest of the ingredients.
It’s as easy as that!
