I was starting to get a bit annoyed and skeptical that this whole calories in/calories out thing is not right...haha
But it turns out that science and math hold true...go figure
I reviewed my food diary for the last 45 days, along with my TDEE totals from my fitbit, and the results were very accurate to my actual resuts.
So bottom line is if you are logging everything correcty, have your activety level/calories burned correct, and realize it takes a 3,500 calorie deficit to burn one pound (as much as that sucks) it does all add up right
This is just a note to encourage everyone not to give up!! If I didnt actually see the numbers myself I would have given up.
