so, i didn't do well with my diet the last week. i lived of nutella and ice cream and I don't feel well because i have had too much sugar. i would like to get back on track so i will eat less sugar than i normally the next few days and then get back to what i used to eat before my little breakdown.
are there any things i can do to use the sugar my body has stored ? working out ( i do anyways) - cardio or weights ?

Your body can only store so much glycogen. After that, it just converts the surplus to fat, and that has already happened. Get back on track with your diet, but don't worry about trying to short yourself on carbs this week to make up for the last.0
