New here from Windsor, Ont.

Well I'm new to the site here. I've been getting myself healthy since May 30, so about 30 days and I've already lost 21 pounds. I joined up for the help with tracking my food and to maybe find some supportive friends who can help cheer me on and who I can do the same for in return. I think my biggest challenge is that I have very bad knees and arthritis (at 41) and exercise is very difficult. I try to walk as much as I can but a few blocks is about as far as I can get. I'm hoping that will change and that my knees will improve as I lose more weight. Glad to be here and hope to meet lots of great people as I start my new lifestyle.
