I've helped many friends with their resumes. Strip away any personal information and feel free to send me a message. Perhaps I can lend some pointers.

As for the interview itself, let your personality shine and try not to give standard answers. You take control of that interview and fire questions back to them. And smile...you have a beautiful smile so let that shine through.

Lastly, do not be late, resist the urge to have your cell phone in hand, do not chew gum, and take a bottle of water with you in case you get nervous...you can take a sip of water while regaining composure. I know these are basic, but you wouldn't believe the stuff I've seen when I've interviewed candidates.

    SMILE!!!

Having been on the other side of the table for many interviews lately, I agree with all of the above. Be on time for the interview, dress appropriately, turn off your phone, and lose the gum. Keep your resume lean, mean, and customized for the type of job that you're applying for. Most people get nervous during interviews, so take that sip of water or just pause and take a deep breath to compose yourself if you need to.

I'd also suggest googling 'Behavioural Interviews', as this style of interview is very common these days. This style of interview can really throw people if they've never been through one before, so it pays to be prepared. There's a lot of great resources out there, with tips, common questions, examples of 'good' answers, etc.
