In January, shortly after being diagnosed with PCOS, I got up to 150 pounds. I know that doesn't sound heavy at all, but I'm only 4'11. I was eating junk all the time. Wings, cheeseburgers, fries, Chinese food, drank tons of soda, and I didn't exercise. I would go to work, eat the above on my lunch break, and then go back to work. I was always so tired and bloated. I never felt like doing anything.
I didn't realize how big I had gotten. One day at work, a girl asked me if I was pregnant. I was shocked! I had no idea I looked that way. It kinda made me think, "Hmm..maybe I should lose some weight."
I started that night. I looked at myself in the mirror and hated what I saw. Big, bloated, tons of cellulite, no energy, bad skin, blah. I hated it.
I've since lost 22 pounds, or 15% of my original body weight. I'm currently 128 pounds, and a healthy weight for my height is around 120. So, 120 is my goal for now!

I started to lose weight 5 years ago - a lot of fad diets, yoyo, pills and so on. Then last year I couldn't find any other ways than doing it as simple as exercise and healthy eating - with that I lost 18 lbs in two months, but i stopped working out and eating healthy so I gained all the weight. TO get back all the motivation I joined tumblr, and watched biggest loser every single day. So that's how i've lost 10 lbs in one month

Feeling FAT. huffing and puffing after stairs, after getting out of the shower all exhausted. That was inexcusable then after my bday I got on a scale and was mortified to see the number 201lbs. So I decided to change and have been working on that change ever since.0
