    Managed to run 5.78 miles this morning; hit a root and went down...thank goodness for martial arts training, so I know how to fall without getting hurt. :)

    I can not get the ticker factory to work but add 2 more miles for me

    5 mile bike ride and 2 mile walk/ jog...at 350 lbs i would have never dreamed of jogging but at 299.8 lbs although I was self conscious of people staring I walk/jogged my shepherd puppy after work

    ... 7.5 mile run (longest run in a long time!!!!) this morning! Only 8.5 miles to go to my 85 mile target - should be able to hit that all going well.

    I know July is almost over but I figure I can start now?!?! I am bad with sticking to things so maybe starting at the end of the month will be a good step?? Since there is only 10 days in July left I will make my goal to walk 10 miles. This way I can do at least a mile a day or 2 miles every other day. Nice small start for me. I think little steps are the best thing for now.. :huh:

    saralynn85 - Welcome to MYA. There isn't a group - just this thread. Make sure to post your miles often. You can use Ticker Factory or you can just say XX miles completed of YY goal.
