Light-Headedness

I've been exercising consistently for the last 10 days which has felt great. I've already felt my stamina increasing, which led me to kick it up a notch and work out a little harder. The last couple days I've felt light-headed about 30 minutes into the workouts. Not to the point of falling down dizzy but just enough that my head was swirly.
Has anyone else experienced this? And, what helped?

It could be a number of things including allergies, sinuses, congestion in the ears
Also make sure you are getting enough sodium and potassium0 -
Do you eat before your workout? I used to get light headed and dizzy a lot when I exercised and it was because I wasn't fueling before.0

Are you getting enough protein??
You really should have your diary open so people can better advise you.0 -
I had a light dinner 20 minutes for a 55 minute kickboxing class (went swimming/running earlier in the day also). I have no allergies or health issues that I am aware of besides my weight.
Here are my totals from yesterday:

This really would be so much easier and beneficial to you if you opened up your diary.0
