So Tired HELP

Hi Im so so tired Ive been here 22 weeks and stuck 100% to this but Im so tired I could fall asleep sitting at pc

Im having a thyoid test Thursday but looking at my iron with Ive just change Im having 1-20 a day out of 100?
What can I eat to get my iron up? Can that make me this tired?

    I would suggust a multi vitamin. I have issues with thyriod and a history od anemia and I for this to be a great solution. I always feel better when I am taking my thyriod medication and a vitamn with 100% dv

    My mum has very underactive thryoid so Im hoping its not that will get multi vit tomorrow

    There are actually quite a few things. Prunes, dried apricots and raisins are good, red meats. Found this also:
