For the first time in years I can see KNEE BONES!!!! admitting that makes me wanna go do my Pilates now. Ciao

    I can relate! Just two days ago on my way to work, I reached down and put my hand over my knee...a few seconds later, I realized I was still rubbing my fingers over all the definition I've never felt in my knees before!! Congrats!!!
