Hi,
Due to being diagnosed as morbidly obese and having an issue with my weight for over 15 years- I finally took the the plunge and had a gastric sleeve op 4 months ago. This journey is not easy but have my stomach smaller has helped be be aware of when I'm full much quicker.
Other than that I still have to exercise and watch what I eat. I find meeting the minimum of 1200 calories a day hard sometimes as I have to limit my carbs and eat a whole lot of protein. Since my surgery I have lost 61lbs, 9 of which I've lost while logging on my daily diet and exercise. So far I finding this site great and hoping to find out how others are coping and being successful with their weight loss.
