But I want it!

Hi All. Lately I have hit a plateau and have been really discouraged about it, so I have kind of got way off track and haven't been logging and kinda just been eating what I want. I go to a lot of church events and in all of them they have tons of junk food like chips, pizza, soda, and cookies. I have had a lot of trouble in the past when it comes to temptation and was wondering if I could get any advice to how you guys get through it. Thanks!

    If you want it, then have it. I don't believe in deprivation, imho it leads to cravings and binging. Just work it into your daily calorie goal. Exercise more if necessary.
