Not really.... But i've been here and i've been there since I was 12. I'm a yo-yo dieter who often restricts my food intake to the extreme and ultimately binge on everything in sight. I'm also a daily scale jumper. I'd love if I could stop that awful habit. I'm hoping MFP will keep me from restricting myself, help me keep a balanced diet and help me get healthy.

So i'm here to make some new friends and settle in as I plan on being around for a while :)
