Nights out...

Going out tomorrow night, and I don't want to drink too much but I'll probably have a few drinks. Desperately need some advice on what to drink and how to avoid the drunken munchies!!

    Google "low calorie alcoholic drinks" and pick what you want.

    2 big glasses of water for every alcoholic beverage. It will slow you down, you'll drink less booze overall and that will hopefully help keep the munchies at bay. Plus the water will fill you up and keep you hydrated. Good luck!

  • I know this is kind of silly but I think it's a good idea to bring a snack or two with you....maybe some pretzels or almonds, etc....because you know that the bar is going to have zero options for healthy snacks! And you're bound to be more 'open' to unhealthy food if boozed up....

    Ohh that's a good idea :) I think I'll have vodka and diet coke and then have water in between drink and bring a long some healthy snacks :D Thakns guys, normally I go burger mad if I've been drinking!

    I don't do this very often, so I just go with it :) Diet and captain and if I get hungry for a pizza or burger I eat it :) Best of luck controlling the urge and hope you have a great time out!
