The scale hasn't budged for months (and months), but this morning while I was submitting myself to some Jillian Michael's torture, my 8 year old daughter said, "mom, why do you keep working out? You are skinny enough already."

Of course I carefully explained to her that exercise helps us to be healthy no matter what our weight and size, but her words sure put a smile on my face! :smile:

    that-is-awesome! My son (5yrs old) asked me yesterday if when he grows up, could he marry me. so sweeet! But that is just because he loves his mom... at this point he can't see beyond his love and I am "as beautiful as a flower" to him.
