help! so incredibly confused on calories!

So many different calculations and different advice on this site! i've been eating around 1250 calories per day for the past 3-4 months. I've lost weight.

My BMR is 1288
My TDEE is 1765
I burn on average 275/day through exercise
I am looking at losing 1/2 lb per week.

What should I be eating?!?!

    Eat less than 1765 but more than 1288
