The blister already showed up, it already opened and some of the skin sloughed off, and now it's just raw
I'm never quite sure what to do at this point- do I :
1) leave it open and put body glide on it and just deal with the pain?
2) go get blister pads and/or moleskin and cover it (which seems to prolong the healing)?
3) some other option I haven't thought of

It's on my heel, and I know leaving it open and not wearing socks and sneakers for a couple days would be best, but that's not in the cards.

    Bump?

I tried putting on a couple different pairs of sneakers with the body glide and it's really painful, much more so than before it opened up

Get some polysporin and put some on it before you go to bed and try to wear socks to bed, see if that helps (I know it's hot!)
