The blister already showed up, it already opened and some of the skin sloughed off, and now it's just raw
I'm never quite sure what to do at this point- do I :
1) leave it open and put body glide on it and just deal with the pain?
2) go get blister pads and/or moleskin and cover it (which seems to prolong the healing)?
3) some other option I haven't thought of
It's on my heel, and I know leaving it open and not wearing socks and sneakers for a couple days would be best, but that's not in the cards.

Bump?
I tried putting on a couple different pairs of sneakers with the body glide and it's really painful, much more so than before it opened up :sad:0 -
Get some polysporin and put some on it before you go to bed and try to wear socks to bed, see if that helps (I know it's hot!)0
