So frustrated

So I have been stuck gaining and losing the same 4 pounds every week for months. I tried to up my cals and I just gained weight over 4 months so I took a look at my fitbit and realized my ACTUAL TDEE is only 1567 when I don't exercise. So I was actually packing on more weight! I know my diary is closed and I won't be opening it because I immediately get *****ed at by my mom about how I don't eat real food (I do she just doesn't appreciate that I log my supplements and drink protein shakes) so please don't jump on me about it. I am seriously looking for some ideas.
My basic meal plans involve protein shakes, Grilled chicken or fish, salads, roasted vegetables, fruit, nuts, cheese (in small amounts), an occasional cocktail or glass of red wine, tuna, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. I follow recipes from Skinnytaste and Allrecipes and try really hard to eat balanced macros. So what on earth am I supposed to do with such a low TDEE? work out more? should I cut all alcohol, is it truly a metabolism stopper? should I eliminate carbs? can that stray piece of salami here and there really be killing my losses? I don't get it. Please be gentle.

Because I can't see your diary, as you explained, I will be generic. Just remember the last few pounds are the hardest. What worked for me is not to eliminate anything. Control your portions, work out, don't worry about your mom this isn't about her. It's about you. You will get there.0
