Under cal goal?

Okay, so today I haven't done any exercise. I AM intending to do some gentle weights before I go to bed, because it always helps tire me out and get to sleep.
In light of this, I made sure I was under my calorie goal (only by about 200 cals). Is this such a bad thing? On a normal day (when I do exercise) I'm careful to always come under my calorie goal, because I'm in two minds of the whole 'eat back your exercise cals' thing.
So yeah. Under cal goal- bad? Will 200 cals under my goal, on a day with no cals netted from exercise, REALLY put my body in starvation mode?
